While I wish we could provide a date, there are still too many variables OUT of our control that have to be completed first.
We have four significant items that have to happen in...this exact order:
1. Mechanical Permit closed - code enforcement required new kitchen hood with new fire suppression system.
2. Occupancy Permit granted - once all previous permits are closed out, inspections, calculations as to how many Moose will fit!
3. Liquor License reinstated from the State of Michigan (license held in escrow during rebuild as required by law)
4. Liquor/beer orders & delivery, then stock and chill! (Moose do not like warm beer.)
